How often do you offer Market Value Updates? |
| Market Value Updates are offered twice a year, every January and July. Updates are completely optional and you buy them only when you want. Cost is $10 per database and special discounts are offered if you buy updates for several countries or subscribe to them. We are planning shortly to allow people to purchase and download updates via internet. |

| What will the Demo program show me? |
| The Demo program is a working version of the full program. It limits you to enter 30 Lincoln Wheat Back small cents. You can then see how the program looks and works. |

| Most of my collection is US coins with a few Canadian. Do I have to purchase the Canadian (or Mexican) database just to inventory them? |
| No. COIN ELITE comes with a free world coin database that can inventory any type of coin. The additional Canadian database with its built-in descriptions and prices is only necessary if you have a large number of Canadian coins or if you like the way COIN ELITE organizes the coins. |
| Do you update the COIN ELITE program? |
| Yes. Trove Software is constantly working and improving the COIN ELITE for over 21 years. Any new features are offered as an update to our uses at the same time we offered Market Value Updates. |
